Pet SPA

The truth is our pets get dirty from time to time, especially after a long day running around with other dogs or after the first spring rain, so why not bring them to us to have them looking their best? While we are working to add full grooming services, the following services are available:

Check-In: Check-in by 8:00 AM

Pick-Up: You will notified as soon as your pet’s groom is completed and they are ready to be picked up. Water and bathroom breaks are provided. Ask a team member for assistance if your pet requires specific accommodations.

Full Service Grooming and Haircuts

No matter the style, our haircuts include a custom Shampoo and conditioner best suited for your pet’s coat, blow-out and brushing, hair cut based on your style preferences and the pet’s coat condition, a nail trim w/ Dremel, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, a bow or bandana, and delightful pet-safe fragrance. Pricing is based on coat and weight; please call for details.

STAnDARD BATH

Includes a bath in our luxurious hydrating shampoo, drying, and thorough brushing. This leaves your pet’s coat fluffy, soft, and smelling great. If excessive matting is noted, referral to your preferred groomer will be recommended.

PREMIUM BATH

Includes a bath in our luxurious hydrating shampoo, drying, and thorough brushing. This leaves your pet’s coat fluffy, soft, and smelling great. It also includes a nail trim and anal gland expression. If excessive matting is noted, referral to your preferred groomer will be recommended.

Pedicure

Includes a nail trim followed with Dremel for a smooth finish.

ANAL GLAD EXPRESSION

We provide this service for pets who require routine anal gland expression to prevent impaction or who have trouble expressing their anal glands themselves.

BATH & TIDY

For pets in between needing a full haircut and more than just a bath, we offer a bath and tidy service. This service includes everything in our premium bath, along with sanitary, feet, and facial trim. Pricing is based on coat and weight; please call for details.

CREATIVE GROOMING

If you’re feeling festive, want a leopard or horse for a dog, or want your dog to have a purple mohawk, we want to help! We offer creative, pet-safe color dye for pets. Pricing is based on design; please call for details.

MATTED COAT POLICY

We firmly believe in humanity vs. vanity. While we do not generally recommend shaving a double-coated or curly-curly dog, dogs with poorly maintained coats resulting in excessive matting will be shaved. If full-body matting, your pet’s entire coat may be shaved to prevent pain and discomfort associated with the mats or mat removal process. During this process, if skin and ear infections or other health risks are identified, you will be notified, and veterinary care may be recommended. There is an additional fee for matted/compacted coats.

SEDATED GROOMING

Sidekicks Stay & Play offers sedated grooming in partnership with the veterinary team at Swann Animal Clinic. These specialty grooming appointments are scheduled on an as-needed basis for the pet. These types of appointments must be made by scheduling directly with our team. Please call for additional information, pricing, and availability.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
