Meet our urgent care veterinary team
Urgent Care at Swann Animal Clinic is here to help your pet during after-hours emergencies. Our urgent care staff is ready to serve you and your pet’s needs with extended hours. Our doctor will see appointments in a first-come, first-served order, with emergent patients taking precedence over stable patients.
Dr. Heritage Enevoldsen
Dr. Heritage Enevoldsen is one of our urgent care providers. She was born and raised in Amarillo, Texas. She had always dreamed of finding a job that would allow her to minister to and bless people but also involve her love for animals, so being a veterinarian was just the right fit! She received her bachelor of science from Texas A&M University before graduating from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2017. Her goal was always to come back and serve the people of the Texas Panhandle. Dr. Enevoldsen has a special interest in dermatology, surgery, and dentistry, as well as client education.
When she isn’t working at the clinic, Dr. Enevoldsen loves spending time with her son, daughter, and husband, reading, and anything to do with the Fighting Texas Aggies. She is also a dog mom to her pets, Mark & ‘Nilla.
Dr. Kellie Dodson
Dr. Kellie Dodson is one of our urgent care providers. She joined Swann Animal Clinic on July 28, 2014. She practiced in Odessa, Texas for three years prior to moving to Amarillo. Kellie is a native West Texan who grew up in Snyder, Texas, and graduated from Snyder High School. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and graduated with honors from Tarleton State University. She earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated Cum Laude.
Kellie truly loves being a general practitioner (she finds most aspects of veterinary medicine fun and interesting) but has special interests in internal medicine, dentistry, and ophthalmology. She has an affinity for dachshunds and has two long-haired dachshunds named Tucker and Henry. She also has two feisty cats named Steven and Edith. She enjoys church, gardening, and sewing.
Dr. Seth Solomon
Dr. Solomon and his wife are active members at Hillside Christian Church and enjoy any opportunity to spend time with family and friends. His professional interests include soft tissue and orthopedic surgery, pain management, and emergency medicine.
