“Play” at Sidekicks Stay & Play means more than tossing the ball or room full of dogs playing. Play is indoor and outdoor playtime, supervised and refereed by our CPDT Dog Trainer and Enrichment Lead, Clara Singer, and the rest of our enrichment team. Play means water games and Obstacle courses, group play with dogs of compatible personalities, and play styles. It is one-on-one time doing activities like puzzle feeders, sniffari’s, and bubble time. It is also positively reinforcing good behaviors and good manners. Science has shown 15 minutes of performing activities that stimulate the brain is equivalent to an hour of physical activity for dogs. We pair both of these into our daycare and enrichment program to make the most of your pet’s day.
