We notice the pacing, the leg tapping, and the self-soothing breathing exercises you're doing so you can hold it together for your kids while time stands still and moves too fast all at the same time.

We know it because we feel it too.

When a pet is rushed in our doors with its insides on the outside...
While we're pulling up drugs and stopping bleeding...
When we get home to our own dog who managed to break out of their kennel and eat the easter candy...
When our own kids are sick...

Morgan has a servant's heart, a passion for people and their pets, and has chased this dream relentlessly; she won't stop until DVM is behind her name and she's back in a clinic with a whitecoat. We are so proud of her for accomplishing the next step of her journey.

Meet the newest addition to the Swann Animal Clinic family, Dr. Bailey Salas.

Dr. Bailey Salas works out of the 45th location. She grew up in West Columbia, Texas. True to her Texan spirit, she obtained her undergraduate degree and Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University at College Station, TX, in 2023. Her professional interests include dermatology, dentistry, and wound management.

Dr. Salas’s favorite pastimes outside the clinic include hunting, fishing, snow skiing, cooking, and helping her fiance, Dakota, with their stocker operation. Dr. Salas is the proud owner of a special three-legged cat named Kitty.

It's less about having a confused pet and more about making sure they don't accidentally get out while extra distracted drivers are on the road.

Now is the time to get your pet the Rattlesnake vaccine and be vigilant when out in fields, warm sunny spots, and near shady spots like porch steps.

This is less common in town, but if you live on the outskirts, in Bushland, Highland Park, etc., it's wise to keep an eye out for these maraca-equipped danger noodles.
